I never thought that the little girl that was bullied, molested, and sexually assaulted, would be the woman that suffered in silence with depression and overcame. I believe that every single woman has that little girl inside of us that needs to heal. Maybe that little girl has either experienced or witnessed abuse or neglect, you were made to feel guilty, shame or that you were not enough. On my journey, the little girl inside of me experienced all that which led to depression. In Luke God said your faith is what made you whole. If you want to begin your journey to healing and wholeness. Seek God for your healing and support, apply self-love and forgive yourself and others. Understand that forgiveness is not for the other person but for you. I am that Woman That Showed Up and you could be that woman to. Under this will be the picture of me in the black with the glasses.
