Marilyn Evans is a speaker and advocate for mental health. Author of When The Little Girl Is Healed The Woman Will Show Up and the Coauthor Of The Breaking Point. She is a daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Her nieces, nephews and her god children motivate her to be the best she can be. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery, Alabama in 1994 and Graduated College in 1999 with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Science from John Patterson Technical College in Montgomery, Alabama. She is also a United States Air Force Veteran. She has worked for the United States Postal Service as a City Letter Carrier for 18 years. Her healing doesn’t’ have a look it is not magical or pretty. Her healing was hard and exhausting. Watch God give you piece, healing and understanding you need. When you give him your hurt and your pain. She encourages others to allow themselves to go through the pain which comes your purpose and Thank God at the same time.
